Climate Launchpad programme. RR reached the top 15 from among more than 700 cleantech ideas all over Europe in the final pitching competition in Amsterdam.
|Sept - Dec 2015||Climate KIC Acceleration programme. RR got the first seed funding of 20 000 EUR and developed the first mock-up of the software solution.|
|Feb 2016||RR was awarded as one of the five winners of the Global Change Award by H&M Foundation from among 2700 ideas from 112 countries. We got a 150 000 EUR award to carry out our pilot project.|
|July - October 2016||We started with software development and tested our first working software solution in 3 factories in China, learning that it's not difficult to get the information moving if there was buyer looking for such materials. The first test was focused on measuring the volumes of cutting scraps for recycling (production of recycled yarns).|
|November 2016 - May 2017||We put the focus back on developing the remanufacturing concept, started cooperation with 4 major vertically integrated factories in Bangladesh, carried out trials to test the remanufacturing concept and developed and tested our software further.|
